DCU Guide

The November 2010 release of DC Universe Online, has everyone buzzing. This game is going to be a huge multi-player role playing game. Available on PS3 or your PC. Players get to play as, what some sites are calling a, “recently juiced” civilian. After you escape from Brainiac’s ship, you will need to decide, who will you fight for? Will you fight with good? Or evil? What ever side you choose, you will play along side of the top DC favorites.

Now, one key part in the game, is their leveling system. This leaves anticipating players, wondering about DC Universe Online leveling. Choosing your skills and your powers, will all get tied into points that you earn, and leveling up. Players will discover that, with alternating levels, they can earn 1 set points. Beta players have stated, this keeps progression pretty even.

DC Universe Online leveling, also ties the players ability to pick their skills and powers, to power point and skill points. This is all earned when leveling up. Another addition is, DC Universe Online players will find themselves a nice amount of items throughout the city, that they can collect. They will also be able to discover clues. This is can all be done on the street level, or higher levels.

Now, essentially, players will gain themselves experience by finishing a quest. By gaining experience and leveling, you can use that on something called a, skill tree. Players will also get some notoriety from some villains or heroes. This will unlock a few great perks, that cannot be accessed by any other way. So as you can see, DC Universe Online leveling has quite a few perks of it’s own.

Basically, playing the game will reward players with points. Those points, can then be used to do a few things. You can either use the points to level up your personal character, or, you can use the points to level up in the game and unlock some better characters. However, progress alone, in the MMO world, will get you some XP. That can also help with your DC Universe Online leveling.
